Process facilitation

💡The big idea:  Using visuals at the end of the collaborative process to help participants see the key points of each scenario.  

Together with Francesca Fattorini, I facilitated the workshop Futures & Foresight Toolkit during the Architecta Summit at Lumsa University in Rome. Architecta, the Italian Society for Information Architecture, has been fostering a professional community since 2006, starting as a conference on information architecture practices and evolving into a platform for interdisciplinary exploration with international relevance.

Our workshop introduced participants to foresight methodologies, focusing on identifying megatrends and emerging phenomena. Through practical exercises, we guided attendees in experimenting with frameworks to envision future scenarios, leveraging collective aspirations and strategic thinking to navigate change.
