đź’ˇThe big idea: Â Using visuals to boost idea generation and creativity during strategic meetings and collaborative settings.Â
Since 2019, as part of the Housatonic team, I've contributed with my creative and process facilitator skills in Deloitte Milan as an external collaborator. Each month, from 2019 to 2022, I supported two teams of 10 young professionals of the Deloitte workforce from diverse backgrounds to explore themes like new ways of working, collaboration, inclusion, and work-life balance with visual and collaborative tools . Together, they gathered fresh perspectives and challenged the status quo to help shape Deloitte Consulting’s strategy.Â
The project has contributed to the development of several initiatives with remarkable success and fostered the dialogue between generations and different seniorities.Â
In this context I had the opportunity to confront myself with the challenges (e.g.: managing the event remotely during Covid-19) of a big organization like Deloitte and knowing more about the company's culture, ways of working and objectives.
This experience sparked my interest for organizational and human capital management, allowing me to understand the real value and impact of creativity and collaboration in complex settings.Â
